Open Outlook Express and choose "Accounts" in the Tools menu.

In Internet Accounts choose "Add > Mail".

This should give you a box asking for your "Display name":
Enter your personal or business name here as a reference to the account, and press "Next".

Now it should give you a box asking for your "Email address":
Enter the email name supplied from your hosting company, and press "Next".

Next you have to configure your account for POP3.
Enter your mailserver addresses also provided from your hosting company.

Finally you have to configure your email name and password account details.
Enter your email name and password details provided from your hosting company.

If you are satisfied with your entries then click finish to setup the account

Setting up Authentic for outgoing email

ONLY When your outgoing emails do not get sent to your recipients.
Open Outlook Express and choose "Accounts" in the Tools menu.

In Internet Accounts select the email you want to change and click "Properties".

Click the "servers" tab on email properties:
Find the "My server requires Authentication" check box and check it to on.
Click "Apply" and OK and it should be fixed
