Open Outlook and choose "Email Accounts" in the Tools menu.

In the E-mail Accounts window choose "Add a new e-mail account" and press next.

When asked for your server type select the "POP3" selection and press next

Now fill out your details as in the image below replacing :
"myemail" with your email name
"domainname.com" with your domain name

Once you have filled out the E-mail settings press the "More Settings" button and choose the Outgoing Server tab.
Check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" check box..

Finally if you want to leave copies of emails on the server (for example when you are checking your emails on a laptop, but want to have a copy on your office or home PC later) go to the "Advanced tab" and check the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" check-box. Remember if you do not delete the messages your inbox will eventually fill up , so always be careful of how you set this up.

If you are satisfied with your entries then click "OK" on the "More Settings tabs" and next on the "E-mail accounts window to finish the setup of the account
